History:
This player don’t need a lot of introduction. He leads the league in
interception and have been invited to a record 8 Pro Bowls. Currently he
is on a streak of +100 tackle-seasons going back 6 year. Despite his 40
career picks he has never managed to take any of them back for a TD!! The
now 13-year veteran of cause holds all (except pass defends percentage) of
the Steelers tackling and pass defending records and is also in the top-10
looking at the entire league. |
History:
Over the time of his career Adrian Wilson averaged 8 total tackles (Tckl+Asst)
pr game in the 155 games he started. Add that he is still ranked 4th in
career interceptions (37) and you have a great career. Most of it he spent
with the Cardinals and they also got him his Super Bowl ring. The final
year he played in Green Bay and despite being a 14-year veteran he
produced +100 tackles in his final year, for the second time in his career.
The biggest knock on Adrian Wilson is that he only defended 10 or more
passes in 3 different seasons and that he allowed over 35 passes pr season
average. |
